Exercises
Sunflowers:
Rotate your arms forward 5 times, then backwards 5 times.
Toe Touches:
Reach down and touch your toes then stand back up 10 times, all while looking forward.
Baby toe touches:
Lie on your back and gently raise your feet up and touch your toes 10 times.
Octopus Wiggles:
While sitting, lift your feet off the ground and wiggle your legs and arms while counting to 10.
