  • Froggies: Take baby hops in the air 10 times.
  • Apes: Bend your knees and place your palms on the ground, then alternated tapping your hands to your shoulders 10 times.
  • Eagles: Slightly bend your knees and flap your arms to the side 10 times.
  • Donkey Kicks: Bend over and place your palms on the ground, then alternate kicking your legs back 10 times.
