Apes:
Bend your knees and place your palms on the ground, then alternated tapping your hands to your shoulders 10 times.
Eagles:
Slightly bend your knees and flap your arms to the side 10 times.
Donkey Kicks:
Bend over and place your palms on the ground, then alternate kicking your legs back 10 times.
