2 Kicking shields per line

Description:
Students will practice having FITNESS by kicking strongly for an extended period of time applying force to keep their instructor away.

Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
Lay one kicking shield on the ground to lay on.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
The first student in line will lay on their back on the pad with feet facing the instructor.
When the instructor says “go” the instructor will try to squish you with the pad.
Kick the pad with your heels as many times as you can before before you get squished.
Your goal is to last for a full 10 seconds without getting squished or rolling over.
Step 4 – Takeaways:
Keep your hands up to protect your face
Kick strong to keep the pad away
Remember not to roll over or off the pad
Step 5
Continue until each student gets 2-3 turns.
