Drill: Partner Stretching: Kneeling Partner Push

Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PARTNER stretching by sitting on their knees reaching forwards while their partner gently pushes them further.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Kneel down on both knees and sit back on your feet.
  • Bring your chest down to your knees while reaching forwards with your hands.
  • Your partner will place their hands on your back and gently push you forwards.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 sets.
