  • Today we are going to work on SHARPNESS.
  • SHARPNESS refers to how clean your movements are, down to hand and foot positioning.
  • This is important because without SHARPNESS your technique appears sloppy and ineffective.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your SHARPNESS today:

1. Have SHARPNESS with movement. 2. Have SHARPNESS while striking. 3. Have SHARPNESS in repetition.
Skill-Building Drills – 25 Minutes

Rolling Down the Line:

The students will improve their SHARPNESS by catching as many successive Intermediate Neck Rolls as they can.

Dizzy Whack:

The students will challenge their SHARPNESS, even while dizzy.
