Description: The students will practice theirPASSIVE stretching, focusing on their upper shoulder and back.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Kneel down sitting on your knees and feet and place hands in your lap.
  • Reach as far forward as your can and touch your chest to your knees.
  • Keep your hips in contact with your feet while trying to extend your arms and body forward.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for three reps.
