The students will practice theirPASSIVE stretching, focusing on their upper shoulder and back.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Kneel down sitting on your knees and feet and place hands in your lap.
Reach as far forward as your can and touch your chest to your knees.
Keep your hips in contact with your feet while trying to extend your arms and body forward.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Continue for three reps.
