Drill: Passive Stretching: Side Bends

Description: The students will work on their PASSIVE stretching, focusing on their obliques and core.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
  • Place hands on your hips.
  • Bend sideways towards the floor at the waist.
  • Hold for ten seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue until you have done both sides.
