The students will work on their PASSIVE stretching, focusing on their obliques and core.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Place hands on your hips.
Bend sideways towards the floor at the waist.
Hold for ten seconds.
Continue until you have done both sides.
