Drill: Passive Stretching: Kneeling Stretch

Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will practice theirPASSIVE stretching, focusing on their Quads and Abdominals.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Kneel down sitting on your knees and feet and place hands in your lap.
  • Place hands behind your back.
  • Lean as far back as your can while keeping your knees on the floor.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for three reps.
