The students will practice theirPASSIVE stretching, focusing on their Quads and Abdominals.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Kneel down sitting on your knees and feet and place hands in your lap.
Place hands behind your back.
Lean as far back as your can while keeping your knees on the floor.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Continue for three reps.
