Drill: Passive Stretching: Pat your Back
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PASSIVE stretching focusing on their triceps.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Raise one hand, and bending at the elbow place the hand on the upper shoulder.
  • Grasp the elbow with the opposite hand and hold
Step 3
  • Hold for 10 seconds each side.
