Drill: Exercise Challenge
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: 1 per Line
Description: The students will practice having good RETENTION by demonstrating their ability to remember the pattern that they demonstrated their exercises in. This will challenge their retention to see if they can remember the pattern after getting stimulated by the exercises.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
The group will all stand up!
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
  • The instructor will lead the group through 4 exercise just 5 of each exercise.
  • Then the instructor will ask the group 1 by 1 the pattern of the exercise.
  • They are only asking to find out 1 exercise from each student.
Step 4 – Takeaways:
  • Watch the instructor as they kick
  • Hold the pad strong so that it doesn’t wiggle
  • Have fun with your instructor
Step 5
  • Continue until each student has multiple turns.
