Description:
The students will practice having good RETENTION by demonstrating their ability to remember where their dot is after being engaged in a high-energy activity. This will challenge the students mentally by requiring them to keep their spot in their brain even when they are having fun.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
The students will split into groups and you will have one for each side.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
The students will each be given a dot, then they will jump back on their teams and start a game of dodgeball, the students will keep playing when the music is on.
The same rules of dodgeball apply but if you get hit just do 5 jumping jacks and you can get back in.
When the music goes off all the students must quickly run back to their dots where they started.
