Description:
The students will practice having good RETENTION by demonstrating their ability to remember multiple moves without making a mistake. This will challenge the students intellectually by requiring them to retain multiple move in combination without the instructor telling them.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
The 1st student in each line will stand up and face the instructor.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
The instructor will give the student a move set like blocks, strikes, kicks, or stances.
The student can pick any move from the move set given but they must remember it.
The instructor will then give them another move set to add to the 1st, again the students will pick their favorite but now they must do the 1st move and then add on the new move.
This process will continue for one more move, if the student can do all 3 moves without making a mistake then they will earn 1 point.
