Drill: Static: Hold Dish
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students strengthen their abs by demonstrating that they can hold their body in an awkward position without falling.
Step 1
  • Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.  
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • The students will lay on their backs.
  • They will then lift their feet and their shoulders off the ground.
  • They want to keep both parts of the body at least 6” off the ground.
Step 3
  • Do your best to try and control where your body is going.
