Description:
The students will strengthen their legs while they bend both knees to 90 degrees and hold there.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will spread their feet about shoulder width apart.
They will then bend their knees until they hit 90 degrees.
They must also keep their head up and back straight to maximize benefit.
Step 3
Do your best to not wiggle or moves so that your legs get stronger.
