Description:
The students will build their leg strength by stepping down the mat in a lunge position while holding their hands behind their head.
Step 1
Have your students stand on one end of the mat with their hands behind their head.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will step forward and lower your back knee towards the ground and then stand back up, alternating legs on each step.
Keep your hands behind your head at all times.
You will do this all the way down the mat.
Step 3
Focus on doing your best, not finishing first!
