Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The instructor will have the clapper pad out in front of them with the square pad on top of it.
When the instructor counts, the student must front kick the bottom of the clapper pad and pop the small target into the air.
While the pad is still in the air, the student will have to move and catch the pad.
If they can catch it 3 times in a row the instructor has 5 of an exercise.
