Drill: Active Stretching: Side Lunges
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching by focusing on their Hips and Inner leg.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with feet together.
  • Step out to the side with one foot.
  • Bend your knee while keeping your hands on the floor.
  • Hold for 10 seconds then switch.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 reps.
