Active Stretching: Side Lunges

Description:
The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching by focusing on their Hips and Inner leg.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with feet together.
Step out to the side with one foot.
Bend your knee while keeping your hands on the floor.
Hold for 10 seconds then switch.
Step 3
Continue for 2 reps.
