Drill: Active Stretching: Ski Stretch
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of movement in their knees.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with feet together.
  • Place your hands on your knees.
  • While keeping your knees together, move them in a large circular clockwise motion.
  • After 10 reps switch direction.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 sets.
