Active Stretching: Ski Stretch

Description:
The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of movement in their knees.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with feet together.
Place your hands on your knees.
While keeping your knees together, move them in a large circular clockwise motion.
After 10 reps switch direction.
Step 3
Continue for 2 sets.
