Description:
The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of movement in their shoulders.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Swing your arms in large circles to the front.
Repeat for 10 reps then switch directions.
Step 3
Continue for 2 sets.
