students must sustain focus on eye contact, intensity, and precise form throughout their performance without being distracted by peers.
Step 1
Divide the class into groups based on rank.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules
You will practice your form with an instructor.
Then each group will have a chance to perform their form.
Whoever shows the most desire in their form will be able to pick the game.
Step 3 – Takeaways
Demonstrate strong technique when performing.
Show intensity with your breathing or yells.
Have great eye contact and show power and intensity in your eyes.

Challenge the students to have strong technique and be loud to show their desire.
