Static Core Exercise: Hold Half Windmill

Description:
The students will build their core strength by holding their body straight in half windmill position.
Step 1
Have your students assume the straight leg bridge position.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your hand up and point your fingers to the sky.
Make sure your body is straight and only on foot has contact with the floor.
Hold for 10-30 seconds.
Return to Bridge position, then repeat on the other side
Step 3
Continue for 3 reps on each side.
