Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: In this drill the students will race back and forth across the training deck doing various exercises and Martial Arts moves. The purpose of this drill is to teach the students how to have self-discipline by following the rules properly.
Teaching SKILLZ:
HEALTHY COMPETITION – The instructor can make it a competition of who can do their exercises and martial arts moves the best, and also never give up. This will motivate the students to be the best while playing this game, and to not give up even if they are tired.
RESPONSE INHIBITION – The students must be able to play the game without cheating or letting their technique slip. This works on their ability to complete a task despite distraction, their distraction being how tired their body might get while doing their exercises and moves.
