Drill: Ultimate: Alt. Lunges
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students will strengthen their legs while they try to do lunges down the mat.
Step 1
  • Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.  
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • The students will spread their feet about shoulder width apart.
  • They will then step forward with one foot and drop their back knee lightly to the ground.
  • They will then step forward with their back leg and drop the other knee down.
  • They want to keep their back straight and head up.
Step 3
  • Do your best to not hit your knees on the ground to hard.
