Description:
The students will strengthen their legs while they try to do lunges down the mat.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will spread their feet about shoulder width apart.
They will then step forward with one foot and drop their back knee lightly to the ground.
They will then step forward with their back leg and drop the other knee down.
They want to keep their back straight and head up.
Step 3
Do your best to not hit your knees on the ground to hard.
