Description:
The students will strengthen their arms by demonstrating that they can pull their body down the mat.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will lay down on their belly with their feet off the ground.
They will then use their arms to pull their body down the mat.
They want to alternate their arms as they go down the mat.
Step 3
Do you best to pull your body with both arms to get stronger.
