Description: The students will strengthen their arms by demonstrating that they can pull their body down the mat.
Step 1
  • Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.  
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • The students will lay down on their belly with their feet off the ground.
  • They will then use their arms to pull their body down the mat.
  • They want to alternate their arms as they go down the mat.
Step 3
  • Do you best to pull your body with both arms to get stronger.
