Description:
The students strengthen their core by requiring them to hold a push-up position and move their knees inwards quickly.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will start by going to their push-up position on their toes.
They will then alternate pulling one knee at a time to their chest.
They will do this every time the instructor counts.
Step 3
Do you best to land to hold this position without falling as you pull your knees to your chest.
