Drill: Ultimate: Mountain Climbers

Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students strengthen their core by requiring them to hold a push-up position and move their knees inwards quickly.
Step 1
  • Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.  
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • The students will start by going to their push-up position on their toes.
  • They will then alternate pulling one knee at a time to their chest.
  • They will do this every time the instructor counts.
Step 3
  • Do you best to land to hold this position without falling as you pull your knees to your chest.
