Drill: Dice Champ
Equipment needed: Exercise Dice per circle
Instructors needed: 1 per Line
Description: The students will practice having good COMMUNICATION by demonstrating their ability to work with their teammates to lead them through different exercises. This will challenge the students socially by requiring them to work with their teammates to wait their turn to be the leader.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
The 1st student from each circle will get the dice to start with.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
  • They will throw the dice in the air and whatever the 2-dice land on the student must say.
  • So, the student must say the name and count the reps for the entire circle.
  • The next student after gets to roll the dice.
Step 4 – Takeaways:
  • Wait for your turn to roll the dice.
  • Don’t touch the dice when they are rolling
  • Be strong with whatever the dice lands on
Step 5
  • Continue until each student has 2 turns.
