Dynamic Stretching: Row Boats
Several to monitor
The students will practice their DYNAMIC stretches focusing on their hamstrings and lower back by reaching as far forward as possible while sitting with legs straight.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Sit with both feet straight out and together.
Raise your hands above your head.
Reach forward past your toes if possible then drag your hands back towards your hips.
Continue your 10 rows.
Continue for two sets.
