Drill: Dynamic Stretching: Row Boats
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will practice their DYNAMIC stretches focusing on their hamstrings and lower back by reaching as far forward as possible while sitting with legs straight.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Sit with both feet straight out and together.
  • Raise your hands above your head.
  • Reach forward past your toes if possible then drag your hands back towards your hips.
  • Continue your 10 rows.
Step 3
  • Continue for two sets.
