Description:
The students will practice their PERFORMANCE by working on inversions the students must jump in the circle and try the coolest aerial or grounded inversion they know.
Step 1
- Make a big circle.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
- The students will go out in the circle and try a grounded or aerial inversion.
- Every person has to go out and try an inversion.
- Every person has to cheer on their teammates.
Step 3 – Takeaways:
- Try something new you never know what you might be good at so try new things.
- Be creative with your inversions use fun and exciting moves.
- Have good technique on each kick or trick don’t give up technique for flash.
Step 4
- Continue until each student has 2-3 turns.
