Drill: Hot Shots
Equipment needed: 1 wavemaster top and 3 cones per line
Instructors needed: Multiple to monitor
Description: The students will have fun playing this skill game where the students must accurately hit the cones down from on top of a pad.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
  • The instructor will set 3 cones on top of the wavemaster top.
  • The student will have 3 dodgeballs and they will stand about 6’-8’ away from the wavemaster top.
  • When the instructor yells “GO” the 1st team to knock down their cones wins.
Step 4 – Takeaways:

  • Continue until each student has 2 turns.
