Drill: Passive Stretching: Wake Up

Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PASSIVE stretching by focusing on stretching their entire body.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Lay flat on your back with your hands in front of your body.
  • Extend your arms as far above your head using your fingertips.
  • At the same time, extend the tips of your toes in the opposite direction.
  • The goal is to get a good stretch through your entire body.
  • Hold the position for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue to stretch for 2 reps.
