Description:
The students will work on their PASSIVE stretching by focusing on stretching their entire body.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Lay flat on your back with your hands in front of your body.
Extend your arms as far above your head using your fingertips.
At the same time, extend the tips of your toes in the opposite direction.
The goal is to get a good stretch through your entire body.
Hold the position for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Continue to stretch for 2 reps.
