Passive Stretching: Hip Twist

Description:
The students will work on their PASSIVE stretching by targeting the range of motion throughout their Back, Hips, and Shoulders.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Lay flat on your back with your hands extended out to the sides.
Cross one leg over your body while keeping it straight.
Keep your back in contact with the ground while making sure your shoulders are still flat on the floor as well.
Hold for 10 seconds then switch legs.
Step 3
Continue to stretch for 2 reps on each side.
