Drill: Active Stretching: Arm Circles

Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of movement in their shoulders.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Swing your arms in large circles to the front.
  • Repeat for 10 reps then switch directions.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 sets.
