  • RHYTHM means a variation marked by the regular recurrence or natural flow of related elements.
  • This is important because without RHYTHM you lack the ability to perform at your highest level.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your RHYTHM today:

1. Using variable RHYTHM with your strikes. 2. Maintaining a constant RHYTHM in your strikes. 3. Have RHYTHM in breathing.
