  • Today we are going to work on GRACEFULNESS.
  • GRACEFULNESS means display grace in form or action.
  • This is important because we need to be able to effectively transition from standing to groundwork.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your GRACEFULNESS today:

1. Using proper technique while moving. 2. Using balance in movement. 3. Demonstrate proper technique in repetition.

Lift:

Perform a double leg takedown, lifting your partner up instead of throwing them.

Bullet Man:

Starting in a low & ready position, shoot quickly to takedown your partner when the instructor says “go”.
