  • TIMING means selecting the best time or speed for doing something in order to achieve the desired or maximum result.
  • It takes great TIMING to be an effective Martial Artist.

Here are the two ways that we are going to improve your TIMING today:

1. Using your TIMING when defending your position. 2. Using your TIMING under pressure. 3. Using your TIMING with a partner.
