Students must carefully listen to the instructor’s escalating “pushes” and respond with the correct step each time.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2
Give each instructor a line.
Step 3 – Explain the rules:
The first student in each line will stand up.
The instructor will become a bully.
The instructor will try to push the student, then the student will just raise their hands, step back and say something along the lines of “I don’t want any trouble.
The instructor will then try to push the student again. This time the student will do the first defense for a push and yell “stay back”
The instructor will try to push again. The student now doing the push front kick defense and yelling as loud as they can “stay back”.
Step 4 – Takeaways
